Flexible spirals are made of specially hardened steel and are characterised
by their high tensile strength and elasticity. Through this it is
possible to convey various media – horizontally, vertically
or in curves – without an axle.

Through the smooth
movement of the spirals and the absence of corners, gears or chains
the installation is completely maintenance-free.
The conveying system can be supplied in various sizes – from
a conveying capacity of 0.09 m³/hour to 20 m³/hour.
Fields of application are very extensive and range from filling of
silos or containers, loading and unloading of lorries, charging machines,
sack filling and waste disposal, as well as the replacement of many
manual operations.

Pipes and pipe bends are made of special PVC with smooth inside surfaces,
which are more wear resistant and durable than other PVC grades. For abrasive
and aggressive media galvanised metal pipes are used, and for metal pipe
bends hardened steel. If required we can construct the plant in stainless
steel. |

| Driving
station
|
The driving station is fitted with
automatic transmission-controlled or frequency-controlled motors, according
to requirements. Motors of 0.37 kW up to 4 kW are used, depending on the
spiral type and medium and the required conveying capacity per hour.
This gives the maximum conveying capacity with a minimum of energy expenditure.

| Receiving
station
|

Receiving hoppers are available
in various designs, each being adapted to the medium to be conveyed and
the storage container. |

Discharge
Points |
Any required number of discharge points can be fitted to the conveyer pipe.
Discharge at any particular point is possible through the use of mechanical
or automatic shut-off valves. |

Our individually programmable control systems can be specially adapted to
your requirements. They enable the spiral conveyers to be converted into
dosing and/or w eighing machines or mixing units. |
